Hi everyone! I am YUNA and I offer commissions for writing, planning, and graphic design. Everything you need to know about my products and services can be found on this site. You should hire me because I believe I can provide a lot of love and a touch of magic in all my works. Let’s make those visions into a reality, dear dreamer!

Terms and Conditions

• All pieces are for personal use. They are not for any other purpose, especially academic ones. I do not condone academic dishonesty.

• I am not affiliated with the original owners of the photos, videos, and other elements used.
  

• YUNA has the right to decline any work before any transactions are made.
  

• The client that submits the order form to YUNA is the direct receiver of the commissioned piece. Prior to finalizing the order, the client must disclose the intended use of the piece. Gifting pieces are allowed as long as proper credits will still be used and it shall be disclosed that YUNA created the piece.

• Once down payment has been made there will be no cancellation of orders. If the client insists on cancelling, the down payment is non-refundable.
  

• Private data between the client and YUNA will be exchanged in transactions. Please do not share any information that will be exchanged with anyone.
  

• The client must have a clear vision on what they would like to see in the piece to avoid frequent revisions. Sending references and inspo are encouraged, but take note that the final output will be a YUNA original.
  

• Additional fees are given for major revisions.
  

• Reasonable deadlines will be discussed between YUNA and the client. SYN Prods offers a great variety of services and so each may require different deadlines.

• Once the piece is ready for claiming, the client must pay the full amount within 3 days. Beyond this, the piece is forfeited and the down payment will not be refunded.
  

• Open communication channels between YUNA and the client is a must. After 3 days of no response from the client (even if they are seen to be active), the order will be dropped. The down payment is, again, non-refundable.

• Cancelled / unclaimed commissions will be sold as pre-made pieces by YUNA.
  

• YUNA's watermark should always be visible when using the commissioned pieces. Strictly no removal of watermark is allowed.
  

• Credits to YUNA must always be given when using the commissioned pieces. This may be done through a credit placement on the client’s profile so long as the commissioned piece is in use and tagging the account @ambrosiafiles below the piece.
  

• You are NOT ALLOWED to repost my work as your own.
  

Guide and Flow

• If you are unsure with what to put in the form, do not fret! YUNA will gladly entertain any queries, especially when it comes to the commission details.

• After a thorough discussion on the accepted commission details and deadlines, a non-refundable 50% down payment will be made to YUNA via GCash.

• YUNA will send updates to the client during the creation period. Before the deadline, she will send her first draft based on the details discussed. The client is allowed one free minor revision. Any other revision will be charged additional fees.

• The client will be informed when the final draft is done. The remaining balance must be settled before release. The client may request to view the piece granted some elements may be blurred and/or a giant watermark is laid on top.

• The posted piece must give credit to YUNA/SYN PRODS through posting and tagging @ambrosiafiles with their testimonial. The client is encouraged to give any additional feedback to YUNA via DM.
  

Frequently Asked Questions

• Clientele

I accept all sorts of clients from individuals to groups. If you are from a family base, corporate base, tropa, band, etc. I am happy to accommodate you. Although I mainly cater to twtrp accounts, I may also be commissioned outside this market.

• Style

I am incredibly flexible when it comes to style and technique. although I do have some personal preferences, this will not interfere in my commissioned works. My priority is the client’s vision. I will be honest if I feel it is out of my skill set to create what is asked of me.

• Programs
  

I mainly use Google Suite, Notion, Carrd, Canva, Photoshop, and Capcut. Though I am currently expanding my knowledge by learning After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, and Ibis Paint.

• MOP
  

Currently, the only available MOP I can offer is GCash, but yes I am working on more payment channels for clients.

• Prices and Fees
  

All prices and fees are dependent on the complexity of the commissioned work but once declared is permanent. Please do not haggle on the price, especially if I, as the one offering such services, deem it reasonable in accordance to what is asked of me.

• Discounts and Promos

Yes, I do offer discounts and special promo prices. Such deals will be announced and offered via @ambrosiafiles.

• Payment Extension

As declared in the terms and conditions, once a piece is ready for claiming the client is given 3 days to pay the remaining balance. In instances that the client really must extend the payment deadline, a maximum added 4 days may be applied (totaling one week from the notice of claim). Any time beyond this will result in forfeiting your commissioned piece.

• Claiming
  

Different commissioned pieces will have a different claiming process. I will brief you on how you can claim your commissioned work.

• The prices listed are only estimated ranges. After a detailed discussion with the client, a final invoice will be given.
  
• This list is just a guide on what YUNA can offer. If you want to commission something not mentioned here, do not hesitate to ask if YUNA can do it. She will be honest with her capabilities.
• If you have any questions and concerns on the pricing, you are free to ask YUNA why her prices are such but do not discredit her choice.
